HGV Class 1 Driver (Days or Nights)

Recruitment Solutions are currently working with an industry leading business, due to continued growth we are looking for a number of Class 1 drivers to work on the day shifts. Key Responsibilities: * Safely operate the vehicle to transport goods to designated locations * Assist in loading & unloading of goods * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage and any incidents or delays * Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, delivery protocols and customer service Candidate Expectations: * Valid & indate CPC * No more than 6 points on licence * Phsically fit and able, as there is some manual work involved in loading / unloading * Minimum 1 years time spent experience as a Class 1 driver Working Days, Hours & Salary (DAY SHIFTS): * Week 1: Monday - Friday * Week 2: Monday - Saturday (+ 1 day off midweek) * £17.84 per hour (up to 45 hours) * £26.76 per hour (after 45 hours) * Working hours - Day shifts. * 1 hour break (paid) Working Days, Hours & Salary (NIGHT SHIFTS): * 5 nights worked out of 7 * £22.30 per hour * Working hours - Night Shift. * 1 hour break (paid) * THIS WILL INVOLVE WEEKEND WORK Employee Perks Include: * Discount card for main street retailer * CPC training on site * Paid medicals * Uniform * Training If you're interested in this role please click on "Apply" or call Recruitment Solutions
